I get an error message saying "This software does not support this version of windows" I tried downloading and installing a service pack 1 update for windows but windows is not compatible either. Used this on several Win 7 installations. This is a life saver! Hello this works like a charm. But you need to install Service Pack 1 before you can install this patch!! This is the only solution which really works that you can find in the whole internet!

Like someone already mention, it says: the update is not applicable to your computer. I got x64 bit OS and download the right version.
